Guidance about Quantity: We recommend 4 players per board, which is also the minimum. The game can accommodate 5 players around a board for group sizes which are not divisible by 4. Note that once you purchase, you can always rent additional materials if you occasionally have a larger-size group.

Order batches of Friday Night at the ER printed brochures (in increments of 10) for distribution to others:... useful for communicating about the game or for promoting your services as consultant/facilitator. Our professionally designed, 4-color, 8-panel brochures are folded to 33/4 x 9 in. (10 x 23 cm). Brochures fit just right tucked in a 3-fold letter and placed in a standard business envelopes. Includes pre-cut slots for holding a business card.

Want to use the Friday Night at the ER game with more people than your materials can accommodate? If you or your company have already purchased a Friday Night at the ER game package, you're a license holder and you can rent game materials from Breakthrough Learning. Rentals come in per-board sets (you can order a 1-board set if you just need to accommodate 4 more players; you can order a 50-board set if you have 200 more players.) Each set includes a game board and all the non-disposable materials that go on it (so it doesn't include paper forms, which you already have). We ship rentals to arrive at least 2 business days prior to your required date. After you use them, just ship them back within 24 hours using the prepaid return shipping materials that come with your order. Our rental materials are used, but they're in good condition. Subject to availability.
