Breakthrough Learning will:

  1. Provide game materials in the quantity indicated above under "Number of Rental Games"
    • Each rental game includes one game board and associated parts (beads, cards, etc.)
    • Rental materials do not include paperwork or facilitator materials, which license holders own.
    • Rental materials will be shipped in good condition.
  2. Ship rented materials to arrive two business days prior to the "Date of Use" indicated above.
  3. Include in the shipment return shipment instructions and pre-addressed shipping labels.

I agree to:

  1. Ship rented materials back to Breakthrough Learning within 3 business days after the "Date of Use" indicated above using Federal Express 2-day service. I understand that I will incur and I agree to pay an additional charge for instead using an overnight service.
  2. Return rented materials in good, undamaged condition. I understand that I will incur and I agree to pay charges of $200 for each permanently-damaged game board (i.e., a board that has been folded, cut, ink-marked or tape-marked).
  3. Repackage rented materials in the same manner as they were received:
    • Game bags will be repacked as they were received (per instructions which accompany the shipment).
    • Game boards will be rolled and repackaged with care to prevent creasing or outer edge damage.
  4. Pay Breakthrough Learning, Inc., within 30 days of receipt of an invoice, in the amount of $200.00 per rental game per day of use (plus tax for locations in California) for locations within the U.S. (For locations outside the U.S., contact Breakthrough Learning for price.)
  5. Reimburse Breakthrough Learning, Inc., in the event that game materials are returned in damaged condition, within 30 days of receipt of an invoice.
  6. Reimburse Breakthrough Learning, Inc., in the event that game materials are returned in a condition that requires repackaging of bags, within 30 days of receipt of an invoice, which will be calculated based on a packaging fee of $25.00 per hour.
