Payment

You may pay by Visa or MasterCard or American Express. Or if you prefer instead to transfer payment from your bank to ours, just contact us to arrange this. All our prices and shipping charges are in U.S. dollars.

Shipping

We usually ship via Federal Express after receiving payment either by credit card or a check that is drawn on a U.S. bank and denominated in U.S. dollars. If there are no delays in Customs, you can expect to receive your order within 7 business days.

In the unusual event that an item is backordered, we will let you know right away and we will plan to ship as soon as it becomes available.

Customs Fees, Duties or Taxes

There may be customs fees, duties or taxes imposed on your order that are not included in our prices and for which you are responsible. Any such charges are levied once the package reaches your country. Check with your Customs Office for more information.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated in our website store as if you were located within the U.S. (sorry…a limitation of our software). This wrong information will appear on the check-out screen. We will notify you by email of the correct shipping charge for your location and ask for your approval before we accept payment.
